Josh founded dy/dx tech in 2006 after moving to the Boston area from San Francisco where he was previously working as the head of the American IT department for a global, Mac-using corporation headquartered in London. An experienced Mac IT professional, web developer, and programmer, his goal is to bring not just basic computer help, but full-service corporate-level IT and web services to the smaller businesses of the Greater Boston area. He created dy/dx tech with that goal in mind.

With a master’s degree in public relations from Boston University, Jessica’s specialty is in online communication and its effect on today’s marketing techniques. She has participated in research teams studying Internet business models, social networking and blogging. Jessica has worked in niche industries including interactive and viral marketing, high-tech media relations, and biotech investor relations where she developed strengths in proactive media pitching, rapid response, and new media research and outreach.
